6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Educational background in International Trade or Supply Chain preferred for Buyer position
English Level 3 or higher (Able to initiate and maintain simple conversations)
Passion for customer service, technology, or retail
Technical aptitude preferred for repair roles (training provided)

Manage and supervise retail staff, sales targets, and store operations
Handle customer service and staff development
Use head office training materials to coach staff
Maintain inventory, compliance, and store appearance
