0+ years of experience (apprentices and entry-level candidates welcome)
White Card and Working at Heights certification (Required)
Ability to read technical drawings and circuit diagrams
Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork
English proficiency (Level 4 – Intermediate Level or above)

Preferred Experience (Not Mandatory)

DC electrical systems
Roof work or trade assistant experience
Use of hand and power tools
Korean language skills (preferred but not required)

Working at Height (Required

Install solar PV systems (wiring, panels, inverters, main switchboards)
Install dry-fire systems (smoke detectors, alarms, cabling, fit-outs)
Conduct general labour including lifting, carrying, and equipment setup
Support project managers with updates to as-built drawings
Follow safety protocols (SWMS) and ensure compliance with site plans
Maintain high-quality standards in fieldwork and client interaction
