Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred
Prior work experience in sales or customer support is preferred
English Level 2 (Advanced – able to communicate with minimum difficulty)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset

This is a full-time on-site position for a Sales Support Staff at Nexen Tyre Australia. The role involves direct support to the sales team, managing client relationships, and promoting the company’s brand and products across Australia.

Develop and maintain relationships with customers and distributors
Identify new business opportunities and manage a pipeline of leads
Support the achievement of sales targets through account and client management
Provide product information, pricing, and quotations
Ensure timely order processing, delivery, and after-sales service
Assist with promotional campaigns and market development initiatives
