  • Fluent Korean & English (Language Level 1: Proficient)
  • No prior experience required (Entry-level welcome)
  • Must be able to commute to the airport early in the morning (own transport required)
  • Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and on rotating shifts
  • Coordinate daily flight and cargo operations (inbound and outbound)
  • Handle luggage-related issues: mishandling reports, claims, classifications
  • Respond to passenger complaints and provide professional resolution
  • Collaborate with airport authorities to ensure smooth operations
  • Maintain daily flight statistics and monthly reporting
  • Perform administrative and support duties as directed by the supervisor
