- Sous Chef: 4–5 years of kitchen experience
- Chef de Partie: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
- Strong team leadership, inventory control, and cost management
- Effective communication skills and ability to work under pressure

- Relevant culinary qualifications and WHS/Food Safety knowledge preferred
- Lead and supervise kitchen operations and teams Maintain buffet quality, food preparation, and stock levels
- Oversee compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Coordinate with front-of-house team for smooth service
- Contribute to staff development, training, and workflow optimization
