  • Experience in HR management, ideally in logistics or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of Australian employment law and safety regulations
  • Familiarity with payroll systems (e.g., ADP)
  • Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The HR Manager will oversee all human resource functions across Kumho Tyre Australia’s national operations, with an emphasis on safety, payroll, recruitment, and regulatory compliance.

  • Manage HR safety protocols for warehouse staff and facilities
  • Liaise with WorkCover and CGU regarding claims and insurance processes
  • Oversee weekly and monthly payroll processing
  • Set staff incentives and performance structures
  • Update employee records in the ADP system
  • Manage staff leave, attendance, and issue resolution
  • Conduct recruitment (job ads, interviews, onboarding)
  • Arrange staff training and induction sessions
  • Draft and update HR policies as needed
  • Ensure compliance with government reports (e.g., modern slavery, safety reports)
