- Previous experience in food & beverage, hospitality, or customer service (preferred)
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate
- Strong communication and team leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Flexible availability (weekends and public holidays)
- Positive attitude and professional presentation
This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for a Team Leader in the front-of-house (FOH). Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests and ensuring consistent, high-quality customer service
- Overseeing FOH operations, including buffet coordination and seating
- Monitoring guest satisfaction and resolving issues professionally
- Coordinating with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
- Handling POS transactions and managing cash
- Supervising hygiene, table setup, and pack-down
- Managing reservations and waitlists
- Reporting supply needs and supporting inventory control
- Leading by example and maintaining service standards
