- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM-related field (e.g., Engineering, Physics, Biomedical, Computer Science)
- English Level 1: Proficient (Able to communicate effectively in any situation)
- NSW EPA IA10 License preferred (or must be able to obtain)
- Australian driver’s license required
Certification
- NSW EPA IA10 License (Preferred)
- Valid Australian driver’s license (Required)
- Provide technical support via phone, email, and remote tools (e.g., TeamViewer)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues efficiently
- Create and maintain troubleshooting documentation and user guides
- Order and dispatch replacement parts
- Log all service activities and customer interactions in Salesforce
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve technical service requests
- Monitor open service tickets to ensure timely resolution
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying recurring issues
