6 months to 1 year of relevant experience preferred
Educational background in International Trade or Supply Chain preferred for Buyer position
English Level 3 or higher (Able to initiate and maintain simple conversations)
Passion for customer service, technology, or retail
Technical aptitude preferred for repair roles (training provided)

Perform advanced repairs including board-level work and soldering
Troubleshoot difficult repairs and support team technicians
Stay up to date with mobile technology and best practices
Mentor junior technicians and uphold repair standards
