Experience in export/import logistics preferred
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to manage documentation efficiently
Bilingual ability (Korean/English) preferred

Prepare and process export/import documentation
Coordinate shipping schedules and work with suppliers/logistics partners
Communicate effectively with customers and internal departments
Monitor customs clearance and ensure timely deliveries
Support general sales administration tasks
