- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in FMCG or food industry)
- Strong negotiation, communication, and account management skills
- English Level 1 or 2 (Professional proficiency)
- Knowledge of Korean language/culture a plus (but not required)
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
- Manage the full sales cycle from strategy to execution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Develop and implement sales plans to meet growth targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Coordinate with marketing, SCM, and product teams on execution
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for internal and HQ use
