  • Strong negotiation, communication, and account management skills
  • English Level 1 or 2 (Professional proficiency)
  • Knowledge of Korean language/culture a plus (but not required)
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Manage the full sales cycle from strategy to execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet growth targets
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
  • Coordinate with marketing, SCM, and product teams on execution
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for internal and HQ use
