The Sydney Representative Office, opened in 2015, aims to strengthen Korea-Australia financial ties and is preparing to transition into a full branch by 2025.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field, or equivalent training
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT support, focused on network troubleshooting and system management
- Languages:
- ○ English – Level 1 (Proficient)
- ○ Korean – Level 1 (Proficient)
- Preferred Certifications:
- ○ Entry Level: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation
- ○ Intermediate Level: CompTIA Network+, Microsoft 365 Certified

1. IT & MIS Management
- Administer the local Internet/Intranet networks, telephony, VoIP, and related applications
- Implement scalable IT architecture strategies
2. User Support and Training
- Provide training and support to staff
- Diagnose and resolve workstation-related issues independently or with vendors
3. IT System Maintenance (Hardware & Software)
- Maintain and upgrade systems to meet operational requirements
- Document system specs and ensure security, reliability, and performance
4. IT Security and Authorization
- Manage security protocols, end-user access, and control systems
5. Liaison with KDB HQ IT
- Coordinate with head office on system maintenance and development
