This is a full-time on-site role for an HR Specialist.
The HR Specialist will be responsible for a range of human resources functions including recruitment, HR administration, training, employee engagement, and systems support. The role contributes to the development and maintenance of a productive and compliant workplace.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist hiring managers with end-to-end recruitment (e.g. job descriptions, ads, screening, onboarding)
- Organize and facilitate employee induction programs
- Prepare employment documentation and maintain HR records
- Support delivery of training programs and early career pathways
- Maintain and troubleshoot HRIS systems
- Assist with salary and bonus review processes
- Provide daily HR admin support and respond to employee queries
- Contribute to engagement initiatives and internal projects
