- Minimum 6 months of relevant hospitality experience
- Educational background in culinary or hospitality management preferred
- Strong teamwork, reliability, and communication skills
- English proficiency (Kitchen: Optional Level 1–2)
- Valid Food Safety Certificate preferred
Assistant Chef / Chef
- Prepare and cook menu items in a fast-paced kitchen
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow recipes accurately
- Maintain portion control, food hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness
- Monitor inventory, assist with stock rotation
- Collaborate with front-of-house (FOH) staff to ensure smooth operations
