Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Proficiency in both English and Korean (reading, writing, and speaking)
Advanced MS Excel skills; intermediate or above proficiency in Word and PowerPoint
Preferred: Holder of Australian accounting qualifications (CA, CPA, CFA, etc.)
Preferred: Experience in accounting at a financial institution
Must have full legal working rights in Australia

As an Accounting Manager at NH NongHyup Bank Sydney Branch, you will be responsible for a wide range of accounting and taxation functions. This includes internal and external regulatory reporting, participation in risk management committees, and accounting system improvements.

Preparation and submission of APRA regulatory reports (e.g., D2A)
Tax reporting for BAS, GST, FBT, income tax; annual and quarterly financial reports
P&L and balance sheet analysis; development of 3-year business plans
Enhancement of accounting manuals and information security systems
Staff coaching and participation in internal risk management committees
Application and understanding of IFRS / AASB accounting standards and Australian tax law
Providing accounting advice and project support as required by other departments
