This is an entry level role on the Accounting Services Pathway and is a structured development period designed to successfully train and support an employee from Graduate through to the Accountant role. From commencement on the pathway, you will be supported, led and assessed at regular intervals to ensure a successful progression towards becoming a future leader of the business. Our Graduates support Accountants and other Accounting Services team members to prepare basic compliance work within agreed timeframes, in line with industry legislation and regulations as well as Findex Group policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Compliance
• Assist in the preparation of basic compliance work
• Ensure jobs are completed effectively by meeting technical standards and deadlines,
within budget
• Assist with administration tasks including filing, client data entry, client records,
preparation and filing of statutory documents for companies, maintenance of minute
books, share registers and other statutory records for companies
• Liaise with ATO and other Government bodies on client matters
• Assist with general bookkeeping duties
• Ensure all documentation including work papers and client files are maintained in line
with Findex Group compliance requirements
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge to ensure compliance with all statutory and
relevant regulatory requirements
