Prior experience in hospitality (bartender, barista, waiter/waitress)
Strong customer service focus and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Hands-on attitude and willingness to support across different service areas
Current RSA certification preferred
Prepare and serve beverages (including cocktails, coffee, and other drinks) to venue standards
Provide friendly and professional table service, managing your own section when required
Engage with guests to create memorable dining and drinking experiences
Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across bar, coffee, and service areas
Follow RSA guidelines and venue service policies at all times
Assist with venue opening, closing, and shift changeover procedures
Work collaboratively with the broader team to ensure smooth service operations
