Prior experience in hospitality management or venue supervision

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent customer service mindset and communication abilities

Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays as required

Hands-on operational knowledge, including opening/closing procedures

Attention to detail in maintaining venue standards and presentation

Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification preferred

Oversee daily operations across the venue, ensuring smooth service and high standards of customer experience

Lead, motivate, and support the front-of-house team, maintaining team morale and performance

Manage customer interactions professionally, resolving issues promptly and ensuring guest satisfaction

Coordinate with back-of-house and support teams to ensure consistent service delivery

Monitor and uphold venue cleanliness, presentation, and operational standards

Assist in rostering, inventory management, and stock control as required

Support event coordination and execution as needed

Collaborate with marketing and management teams to align service delivery with brand standards
